 System Requirements

Innovative Thinking Software  has created GrowIt Gold with the user in mind.  Dedication to making a smooth running, easy to use software application that allows you to spend your time landscaping!   The current System Requirements are MS Windows based and use typical hardware components available in today's computers.  Please note that GrowIt Gold Works V10 requires a DVD -Rom.  The extra features in the version, may want you to consider updating your hardware to a Combo Drive from straight CD.  If this is not an option, V9 comes on 2 CDs and is still available. 

Minimum Hardware Requirements:

  • A personal computer with a Pentium 3+ class processor.
  • 128MB RAM (Random access memory)
  • A video graphics array (SVGA) or better.
  • Approximately 40MB of free space on your hard disk.
  • MS Windows operating system, Win95, Win98, Win98ME, Win2000 or WinXP.
  • A CD-Rom drive V9 ( four speed or better) or a DVD-R drive for V10
  • A Sound Card - for the tutorials.
  • A Digital Scanner or Digital Camera (optional - for importing your own photographs).
  • A Two button pointing device or mouse.


    • Warranty:

    Every DVD and CD shipped is tested for content and that it will easily install on your system.  GrowIt Gold Works CD's are guaranteed for a period of 3 months. Replacement copies will be supplied if discs are found to be damaged or faulty within that time. Being copyable media, GrowIt is not offered as trial ware and is not returnable for this reason.
