Diary
Module
Provides you with an on-screen
easy to navigate, daytimer to record your gardening
activities, addresses, expenses and upcoming events. Comprised of four
powerful tools, you can record and organize the multitude of tasks that
a busy garden or nursery demands. Simply click on the colored diary
tabs to turn pages and move from tool to tool.
There are four Diary Tools:
- The Daily Diary
- for recording daily, weekly and monthly
activities
- The Address Book
- to record clients, suppliers and contacts
- The To Do Module- to alert
you to important tasks and events
- The Cash Book Diary- to
record and calculate garden
related expenses
The
Daily Diary:
- A
diary for entering daily, weekly or monthly entries.
- The Calendar selects a date to view, and the index
box lets you to thumb through previous
entries.
- Search, edit and print and transfer all data to
other modules.
- Includes Spellcheck
The Address
Book:
- Record the name, address and telephone of your
contacts, customers and suppliers.
- Use your computer's modem to call any telephone
number in your address book.
- Search, print and transfer data to other modules to
prepare and print custom reports.
The To Do
Module:
- The To Do module
reminds you of upcoming events! Use the built-in calendar to remind you
of important tasks and priorities.
- Set reminders to sound an alarm when the important
events arrives.
- Search, print and transfer data to other modules.
- Includes spellcheck.
The Cash Book
Diary
- The Cash Book module is a
simple on-screen cash book entry page.
- Enter all your gardening expenses and the cash book
will automatically total each page and keep a running tab on all
current expenditures to date.
- Search, print and transfer expense data to other
modules.
- V10 has the added feature of the Pound and Euro
symbols as well as Dollar.
Bonus:
The Diary module includes a loan repayment calculator and amortization
schedule for calculating
the costs of a given loan with a given interest rate over a given
period.
